Generally, the automatic foil winding machine is equipped with a tail frame to provide the tolerance of the main shaft bearing when the electromagnetic coil is produced and processed, and the same axis of the main shaft of the main shaft of the machine and equipment, especially the large and medium -sized automatic foil around the foil. The role of the institution is particularly important. Many customers have such questions when choosing a device. How to type the tail frame can be considered as their own? Let's talk about the type of automatic foil around the tail frame. At this stage, it is mainly divided into three types: manual type, pneumatic, and electric type. It is also equipped with hydraulic tail frames in large automatic foil winding machines.

Manual tail frames are mainly used in small and medium -sized foil winding machines. With the help of human rotating joysticks or rolling support rods to achieve top -level positions, the general itinerary is arranged below 300mm. This method is used. It is mainly used in small and medium -sized foil winding machines, with characteristic posture spiritual stool and faster displacement; electric tail frames are mainly used in medium and large transformer foil winding machines, because the transformer foil winding machine tail frame mechanism has a large number of mechanisms, and electric is applied to electricity. Adjustment can quickly complete the top displacement and fixation.

The customer of the automatic foil winding machine should reasonably select the type of the tail frame support point mechanism according to the characteristics of its own product and the number of uses of the device.
