The foil winding machine is also known as the foil coil winding machine. The foil winding machine is a dedicated equipment for turning the coil of the electrical foil. Foil rolling machine series products use the PLC automatic control variable -frequency -free speed regulating system software, optical hydraulic correction device, automatic welding mechanism and other automatic control effects. Ensure the welding quality of the transformer foil, the transformer loss is largely reduced, and its technical parameters reach the excellent level of the post in China. A amorphous three -dimensional rolling iron heart, non -crystal three -dimensional high and low pressure integrated machine

1. The device uses the servo motor correction device and the PLC automatic control method. The variable -frequency -free speed adjustment of the device is high -precision and the quality control is accurate.

2. Equipment header to choose a hydraulic press elasticity mechanism, which is convenient.

3. The tension of the foil through the two independent transmission gears is accurate and convenient. It can maintain the required support in the entanglement, termination and retreat link to ensure the tightness.

4. Case printing paper tightly uses excellent equipment such as pneumatic shafts and synchronous motors. Demolition and replacement of information and support support for convenient and fast.

5. Automatic welding tissue and automatic transmission ensure the high efficiency and stability of the equipment.

6. The equipment first chose the overall swinging frame, which more solved the problem of less turns and lagging lag.

7. This equipment is a new technology product that must be produced according to the production activities. The entire device is automatically controlled by the most advanced PLC, which is highly automated, and the actual operation is simple and reliable.
