The LG series vacuum heat treatment furnace is generally composed of vacuum furnace, heating system, vacuum system,
water -cooled system, air cooling system, inflatable system (optional), starting system, and electronic control system.
The main body of the equipment is a double -layer water -cooled structure. The furnace shell is made of carbon steel or
stainless steel. There are two types: graphite furnace and metal sub- furnace : graphite furnace heating element for graphite
rods, heat shield for multilayer carbon felt; metal furnace bile burningheating element chromium molybdenum metal materials,
heat shield snail metal molbdenum stainless steel materials. Temperature control points using the Japanese island of intelligent
temperature controller, the other is controlled by Japan’s Mitsubishi FX2N series programmable controller, the main electrical
components Schneider brand.
